Derrike will be driving in Loudon. He said, "We are off to Loudon this
weekend. After the way the car handled at Miwaukee I am optimistic about
this weekend. Rick has the car working well and a new combination for short
tracks seems to have the car turning better. The field of cars are very
competitive so you have to bring your A game every week and keep trying to
get better."
In the first practice, Derrike was 37th fastest with a time of 30.846 and
speed of 123.478. In the second practice, he was 28th fastest with a time of

After the race Derrike said, "We accomplished what we needed to this weekend
at Loudon, NH. We were not as productive as I had hoped we would be though. We
struggled getting the car to turn in practice thus our speeds were down. But we
stepped up in qualifying and were solidly in the field 33rd fastest. We started
the race and were very tight. We did not plan to run very far because of no
sponsorshp for this race.
"We will take Daytona off and get ready for Chicago and St. Louis in the
Nationwide Series."
